Can I filter out poor/negative reviews from my total score?
This is not possible - the aggregation needs to be a true reflection of your review scores for this process to be accepted by Google. However, it's likely that you have some review platforms with a better average score than others - in this case, you could avoid adding the poorest performers to the platform, bringing up the average score!
I don't have great review scores, will this work for me?
